A place the local’s call home and tourists feel like a local was Tom Fay’s vision when he opened the doors to the Jackson Hole community in 2011. Since then, Pinky G’s has grown into a popular catering food truck for weddings and events, and a second Pinky G’s location in Big Sky, MT. We’re proud to say we’ve been awarded “Best Pizza in Jackson Hole” by the locals from 2011-2019, featured twice on Diner’s Drive In’s, and Dives, USA Today, Dishing Magazine, visited and recommended by pro skier, Jess McMillan.*
