The Bozeman Job Service Employers Committee (BJSEC) recognizes businesses that create great workplaces in our community by presenting them with an Employer of Choice Award. Nominations are collected from two categories: an employer with 1-25 employees and an employer with 26 or more employees.
Employers are nominated according to four established criteria:
1. Employee Benefits/Initiatives
2. Leadership & Workplace Culture
3. Employee Training/Development
4. Community Orientation
The nominations from the Recipients of this Award are automatically forwarded to the Montana State Employer Council for consideration of the statewide Award. Employers and business owners from across the state will be recognized at the annual Montana State Employer Council (MSEC) Conference in March of 2016.
To nominate an Employer, download the nomination form from Bozeman Job Service web site: http://wsd.dli.mt.gov/local/bozeman/ and click on “BJSEC Employer of Choice” or you may e-mail Susan at email@example.com to receive the nomination form. Deadline to nominate an employer of choice is January 15, 2016.
