Who has a "by the trip" salad bar?

Columbo's and Pizza Hut are the only restaurants that I know that have a "real" salad bar.

Who else?

I know that the Coop, Rosauers and now Safeway have by the ounce salad bars.

only bummer is they are only open til 3:00
